Our Process

Step 1: Introductory Call

Our initial conversation is an introduction call during which I will get to know you as a person and traveler. We'll talk about your previous holiday experiences, what you enjoyed and didn't like, and your objectives for the next one. We'll discuss your goals for this vacation and evaluate if working together is a good fit for each other.

Step 2: Proposal Review

I begin working as soon as you formally hire me, drawing on my wealth of industry knowledge, network, and experience to research and plan your trip. After that, we get in touch once more to go over the possibilities and I give my opinions on them.

Step 3: Confirming Your Itinerary

An invoice for the deposit amount will be sent to you after your proposal has been approved. You will input your payment details and give me permission to pay the relevant travel suppliers for the deposit on your behalf.

Step 4: Countdown Till Vacation Time

Officially, you have a reservation! I will forward all the required paperwork, such as your invoice, travel itinerary, and all the information you will require for the trip..

Step 5: Keep In Touch

We remain buddies after that! I will always be available by text or phone for any questions or concerns you may have in the lead-up to or during your trip. Additionally, I will email you some helpful packing advice, a guide with an overview of your destination, and any other pertinent or amusing information I come across.
